My skin saviours - and a cry for help!

I posted a picture on Instagram a couple of days ago with the products I use before bed every night and I thought it would be a good idea to give you guys a loser look at my skin care regimen. Ever since I got really serious about looking after my skin and started using these products religiously, my skin has improved significantly, it's really impressive. I have repurchased all these products (except for the Liqueid Gold, this is my first bottle), so I think that's a testimony to their efficiency!

First is the Kiehl's Rare Earth Pore Refining Tonic. I don't even know if products can have such an effect on your skin, but I credit this toner to turning my oily skin into combination! I got my first bottle of this in 2010 and used it every single night till the bottle was empty and it is a miracle worker, I highly recommend this for people with oily skin. I'm on my fourth bottle of this and I really dont see myself going without it! Some people think toning is not important, I guess it depends on the toner you're using! Aside from all the benefits, I specially like using a toner as a last step on my cleansing routine, where I can make sure very last trace of make up and dirt is gone. Next up is the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo. Now this, I think, is the most I pressure of them all. If I go more than three days without this I am SURE to get a few spots on my face! It is a thick gel which works to unclog the pores and eliminate dead skin cells. It also contains anti bacterial ingredients, which is great for those of us who suffer with spots. I'm on my second tube of this and already have a back up so I don't have to be without it! The Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution is also on my routine, as the pigmentation my spots leave behind can last for months and this definitely helps clear them out a lot faster. You have to be diligent and extremely patient with this one, though, as the resuls don't come over night. I have been and I'm really happy with how it work! Lastly is Alpha-H Liquid Gold, which I've reviewed in depth here. My feelings for it haven't changed, I absolutely love this and have abandoned scrubs all together in favour of chemical exfoliants. It is a repurchase for sure. I've only been using the Liqueid Gold once or twice a week, and use the other products on the other nights!

Now, girls, I need your help. Most of you will know I have moved to England from Brazil in April and this is going to be my first English winter. Where I'm from, when it's 22 degrees out, people are breaking out their coats from the closet! I am TERRIFIED of this winter! I feel my skin drying out from the cold and from the heating, my hair is suffering as well and I have no idea what to do! haha I would really appreciate it if you could give me any tips or product recommendations for surviving the colder month.Thank you so much! x

Superdrug Mini Haul

I went to Superdrug a few weeks ago looking for the Kate Moss lipstick in 107 and, of course, didn't come out just with the one thing! Here's my mini haul:

First let's talk about the lipstick! It's from Kate Moss' new collection for Rimmel, which we have all heard about a thousand times over. But this lipstick is the one that rescued me from the world of neutrals! It's my first ever red lipstick and I'm sure it won't be the last. In this I found the perfect shade for my skin tone and actually, from all the swatches I've seen online, it is flattering on everybody! I went to Boots first looking for this and they had a couple but they were all used or had been messed with! I don't know if I'm more annoyed at the costumers who do that or at the staff that just lets it sit on the shelves! I then went to Superdrug to try to find it and had the same problem, but then I found my little treasure fallen at the back, the shade i wanted and it was intact! Victory is mine!
Next is L'Oreal Telescopic waterproof mascara. I'm quite liking it at the moment, it's not gimmicky, it is straight forward, lengthens the lashes, hold a curl, doesn't budge... It does what it's supposed to do, but it's nothing out of this world, I'm not really blown away by it. I also think, at £10.99, it is extremely overpriced for what it is. Lastly is a trusty Sleek make up blusher in "Pomegranate". I think Sleek is the best high street make up in my opinion, you can not beat the quality and pigmentation of their products for the price.

I think I will probably repurchase the Telescopic mascara! I'm completely in love with that lipstick, I'm struggling not to wear it every time I leave the house (or jut to lounge around)! The Sleek blusher is very pigmented and it's the perfect for the winter months, it gives you that gorgeous flush as if you had been out in the cold. I'm really happy with my purchases!

Empties #1

1. Redken Smooth Down Butter Treat: I bought this when my hair was extremely damaged from heat styling. I'd blow dry it every other day and use straighteners every day. I guess that's the reason why I don't even use heat on my hair anymore, it was bad! I think this treatment really helped my hair, but it's nothing amazing, to be honest. Stay away from this if you have fine hair, it is insanely thick, almost like a paste, and it will weigh your hair down! I wouldn't repurchase purely because there are better options for my hair as it is at the moment, but if you have dry, damaged hair, go for it, you will love it!

2. Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel: I cannot sing enough praises for this cleanser, it is brilliant! It comes in gel form and it turns in to an oil when you rub it on to your skin. It feels so nice and luxurious! It gets every trace of make up off, even waterproof mascara (it's safe to use around the eyes)! I didn't repurchase it because I wanted to try new things and I kind of regret it now, as I'm a bit disappointed with the Lancôme cleanse I got! Specially now for they winter months, the fact that this turns into an oil on the skin is great to avoid that dryness. It comes off really well so you don't have to worry about any residue on your skin!

3. Clinique Superdefense SPF 25 Moisturizer: this is a brilliant moisturizer.this was a (considerable) sample size I got and it lasted so long! I loved it so much I purchased the full size one, you can find my review here. Another product that is great for the colder months, as it is quite thick, but is absorbed brilliantly by your skin!

4. Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution: this is one of those products that takes ages to work but I can guarantee, it does work! It's annoying to have to wait, ut if you wait for it, results will come. I have a big problem with the pigmentation my spots leave behind. I've been religiously using this since April and it has improved/cleared lots of my little spots. Unfortunately my spots don't stop popping, so this product is one I think I'll probably use for a long, long time! I recently repurchased it! It was £30 in April and it ow costs £36 for the same amount. It's annoying, but worth it!

5. Avene Thermal Water spray: I prefer to apply moisturizer to slightly dampened skin, as I feel my skin absorbs it better. I like to give my skin a spritz of thermal water, as it has a higher concentration of minerals and other properties that are good for our skin than tap water. This is, of course, only one of the uses of thermal water. You can use it after waxing to calm the skin down, after you finish your make up to avoid the cakes finish (the mist is really fine and doesn't ruin the make up!),  to give the skin that boost of hydration... Endless options!

6. Philip Kingsley Elasticizer: I read really good things about this on Hanne's and Celina's blogs. It was the first pre shampoo treatment I ever heard about. You apply it to wet hair and leave it on with a shower cap for as long as you can. This leaves you hair feeling absolutely gorgeous! I don't know if you have is expression, but in Brazil we would say it leaves your hair feeling "buttery", not that it's oily, but it feels so soft that it is almost "melting"! hehe I got this 75ml size with a kit I bought, which came with a shampoo and conditioner, but I don't know if I'd purchase the full size as it's so blooming expensive!

The Liebster Award

I've been nominated for the Liebster Blog Awards by the lovely Jezz! I'm so honoured, even when your blog is a small one, you always put effort into every single post you write and it's amazing to have someone recognise your work!

The Liebster Blog Awards is awarded to bloggers, by bloggers. It aims to spread the word about blogs with less than 200 followers ans I think it's an awesome way to get the word out and help smaller blogs to connect with as many people as possible. If you get nominated/tagged, you answer 11 questions,  present 11 random facts about yourself and then come up with 11 questions for 11 bloggers you follow to answer! Here goes:

1. What is the most girly thing you have ever done? I started a beauty blog! haha
2. What shoe size are you wearing? Size 7
3. Red or nude lip? I love a natural looking lip, but I've only recently lost my fear of red lips! So I'll say it depends on the occasion!
4. Have you ever traveled outside your home country? If so, explain! I have only travelled outside of my home country once and then subsequently moved to that country (England!).
5. Wine or cocktail? I don't drink alcohol!
6. What is your favorite beauty item of all times? Mascara, definitely! There's nothing more feminine, delicate and sexy than long, fluttery lashes!
7. Dogs or cats? Cats. Because they're more independent.
8. Is blogging your main job? If no, care to share the real one? No, it is not! I'm waiting for my spousal visa to arrive, I can't work in the UK without it.
9. Skinny vs curvy, what do you prefer? Well, we all know usually "curvy" is an euphemism for fat. I prefer actual curves!
10.  Any beauty secrets you would like to share but never blogged about so far? I blogged about it an hour before getting this an since I can't think of anything else, here goes: a spritz of thermal water before applying moisturizer locks in more moisture than just the moisturizer alone!
11. What would you love to receive for Chrismas? I'm thinking maybe a Clarisonic Mia!

Here are my 11 random facts:

1. I am 6'1" tall;
2. I was an English teacher in Brazil;
3. I met my husband on the internet;
4. I am addicted to Call of Duty (I have a lot of free time in my hands...);
5. My mother tongue is Portuguese, but I think in English;
6. I had my ears pierced when I was a baby (it's normal in Brazil!);
7. I have an Iron Maiden tattoo (don't judge! haha);
8. I'm from the north of Brazil, in the Amazon. Does that make me an Amazon woman?? haha;
9. I won a gymnastics competition when I was 10, but then I got too tall for it;
10. (My husband says) I cackle instead of laughing (lol);
11. Law & Order SVU is my favourite show on television.

Here are your questions:
1. Heels or flats?
2. Do you prefer investing in skin care or make up?
3. Ever did anything to your hair you regret?
4. Least favourite/favourite subject in school?
5. What is your dream job?
6. Why did you start your blog?
7. Who is your beauty/style icon?
8. Best gift you've ever received?
9. Your favourite drink?
10. What's your favourite sport (to practice or watch!)
11. Favourite perfume?

Like Jezz I don't want to tag just to tag so there will be less than 11, sorry! I tag SigneKeiAimee!

Clinique Superdefense SPF25 Age Defense Moisturizer Review

I remember when I was 12, I watched a documentary about the history of Clinique and all the women  who were being interviewed for it looked so elegant and sophisticated, well spoken and smart. I wanted to be like them! I'm sure I'm not quite there yet, but I have to admit, using Clinique products always makes me feel super posh (maybe that documentary has left a mark in my brain! haha)! I wore the Superbalanced foundation on my wedding day and it's still my favourite foundation. When I bought it, they had this offer where if you bought two Clinique products you'd get a (super cute) tin full of samples and one of those samples was the Superdefense moisturizer.

Clinique claims this moisturizer offers defense against the effects of sun, pollution, stress and time and also aids in the skins natural repair. It has got an SPF of 25, UVA and UVB protection, which makes it the perfect choice for an everyday moisturizer. Like all Clinique products, it's 100% fragrance free. I really like that, as I am very cautious of putting anything overly-scented on my face, always scared of bad reactions!

It comes in a pot, with no scooping spoon, which some people may be put off by, but I don't mind it since I always put this on after washing my face so I'm sure my hands are clean! I got this tip from a dermatologist in Brazil: you don't want to apply moisturizer on your face when it's completely dry. I always give my face a spritz of thermal water (Avene is my favourite) before applying any moisturizer. This one is quite thick in consistency, so it also helps it glide on better on my skin. I have applied it do a dry face and I feel a lot more moisturized if I use the thermal water! It says to avoid the eye area, but I don't. This has solved the problem I had with dry skin around my eyebrow (gross, I know!) and has never stung my eyes!

Now, because this is an anti ageing product and it said it's for dry to combination skin I almost gave it away, thinking it would be too rich for my face, but it definitely isn't! Like I said, it is quite thick, but it's not clogging at all, it leaves my skin feeling soft like no moisturizer's ever done before, it gives the exact amount of moisture. It leaves no residue sitting on top of my skin, doesn't make me shiny at all and, surprisingly, keeps the shine at bay for a long time! I found, with consistent use, it's evened out my skin tone as well!

I don't really like is expression, but here goes: holy grail moisturizer, for sure!

Clinique Superdefense SPF 25 moisturizer  comes in a range of skin types (very dry to dry, dry to combination and combination to oily). It's £27 for 30ml and £37 for 50ml, from the Clinique website.

The Little Black Jacket

Mr. Fletcher was in America for a week, so I decided to keep myself entertained and went to London last Thrusday to check out Karl Lagerfeld's photography expo,  "The Little Black Jacket" (and maybe expend Mr. Fletcher's money (sounds fair to me!), at the Saatchii Gallery. The expo's been to New York, Taipei, Hong Kong and Tokyo and it's been organised to promote Karl Largerfeld's new book in collaboration with Carine Roitfeld (love her!).

The Saatchi Gallery is located in one of the nicest areas of London (in my opinion!), Chelsea. The building is incredibly beautiful. There is also a restaurant and a bar/cafe in the gallery, which looked really nice (I was craving a GBK burger though. I'm so posh!)

There are 113 photographs and (as the name suggests), the main star is Chanel's iconic black jacket. There are celebrities, singers, models and fashion personalities and its very interesting to see how the jacket has been styled differently for each one to reflect their own personality. Here are some of my favourite pictures:

It was also really fun to people watch at the gallery. I felt a little out of place in my jeans and tshirt cause all the girls were super made up! It was great to get some fashion inspiration, too! haha

The Little Black Jacket exhibition is open until the 4th of November at the Saatchi Gallery and entrance is free! Follow my blog with Bloglovin

YumYum in his new home | autumn leaves | pampering with Elasticizer and face mask

on the train to London | lunch | getting back into Call of Duty (21-9, bro!)

Can I just take the opportunity of this slightly pointless post to share with you guys two things I am super excited about? First, Iron Maiden's finally released an UK date!! I've been waiting for this for at least two years now since I missed their last concert in Brazil because I was visiting the UK. They toured America for almost a year and I sat patiently waiting for an UK date and FINALLY!!! They're playing Download Festival in June next year. Slipknot are also headlining which I'm super happy about. We are now just waiting for them to release more bands that are gonna be playing to decided if we're going or not because, to be honest, I'm not really the biggest fan of festivals!

Second... Anybody else here is a fan of Peep Show? The new series is coming out next month and I'm super excited! I love the show so much and funny fact, it's one of the first things me and my husband found out we had in common, way back then! So I even feel like Peep Show is a part of our story. Haha Is that as weird as I think it is, writing it? ;) I adore David Mitchell, I think he is absolutely brilliant. And did you know Robert Webb is doing a Winnie the Pooh series for the Disney channel? How weird, I'm so used to him as Jez, is mesmerising to watch him be all cute reading and singing for the children!

Current Wants #1

1. Hunter Wellies: I love the bright red, glossy finish on these! They are the perfect accent piece, I think these really make an outfit! Plus, winter is coming up and, having moved from Brazil in April, I don't really have winter appropriate footwear! That's a good enough excuse, nobody can question that, am I right? haha

2. Kiehl's Dark Spot Corrector: My spots usually disappear after 4 or 5 days, but the problem is  scarring/pigmentation they leave behind lasts for MONTHS and they are extremely visible. I've just run out of this Kiehl's serum, and while it is a little slow, it does work! (I actually got a new bottle this week, yay!)

3. Diptyque candle in Gardenia: I want this because of reasons! haha It's just so pretty and it smells nice, what other reasons are there for getting scented candles? ;)

4. H&M jumper: I bought my first EVER jumper (again, don't really need jumpers in Brazil!) a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! It's so cozy and warm. I love this one from H&M because of the golden threading it's got going through it, I think it bring the good old jumper to the 21st century, am I rite??

5. Michael Kors bag: I am completely in love with this bag! It kind of reminds me of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull, but I think I like this more for being black. It has such a classy feel to it and would just go with everything! I'd definitely get a lot of use out of it.

What are your current wants?

The Lazy Face

This is my lazy make up, for days when you really can't be too bothered but still need a face that won't scare the little children when you leave the house. I know most people wouldn't even put foundation on their lazy days make up, but aside from the fact I need foundation, I actually enjoy putting it on! My favourite foundation is Clinique's Superbalanced foundation. It is not completely matte, it leave that little bit of a glow on the skin. I put some concealer under my eyes and follow with a swipe o MAC's Mineralized Skin Finish Natural (in Medium Dark) on the sides of my nose, forehead and chin. I like it for it's sheerness, that doesn't interfere with the dewy finish of the foundation!

The rest is rather unexciting, really. I line and fill in my lips with No 7's lip liner in "Blush", which is the perfect colour for that natural lip look. I actually wore this on my wedding day! On my cheeks, I apply this "cream blusher" (which is actually a lipstick from a Brazilian brand!) with a stippling brush which, again, looks really natural. I fill the gaps on my brows with MAC's eyebrow pencil in hour (not pictured). I like to apply the bottom colour of that Rimmel eyeshadow quad on the inner corners of my eyes. some Clinique High Lengths mascara on my lashes is the last step and I'm good to go!

Essie's Fishnet Stockings

Everybody's raving about Essie's Bahamas Mama, but the Essie red I am loving right now is Fishnet Stockings! It's the first Essie nail polish I've owned. I don't know if they're all the same but I LOVE the formulation on this on! It goes on like a dream, you could even get away if just one coat if you're good at applying it, I still have to do two. The colour is opaque enough with one coat. I think this is a great colour for fall!

Essie's nail polishes are £7.99 at the Boots website.

Kiehl's Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Mask Review

One of my favourite skin care brands is Kiehl's. the fact that they've been around for more than 100 years, to me, is already a statement to the quality of their products! I credit their Rare Earth Pore Refining Tonic for turning my oily skin to combination. I use it religiously, every single night, for a year and it is a mircle worker! This review, however, is for the Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Mask, from the same range.

It is an Amazonian clay mask, really light in colour. It's quite thick, so I use a foundation brush to apply it with (a Sigma one that came in a travel kit, terrible for foundation, but great for face masks!). I think using your hands to apply this with would be a nightmare, as you you would end up with more product on your hands than on your face. The instructions say to apply a thin layer onto damp skin and leave it on for 10 minutes. But, being the rebel that I am, I give it my own twist!

I first cleanse my skin really well and put a hot muslin cloth on my face for a few seconds to really get my pores open. I then spray some thermal water on my face (the Avene one is my favourite!) and then use the brush to apply a layer of the mask all over my face, bringing a little down my neck, and then I apply some more to the areas that tend to get a little more oily during the day (for me, the sides of my nose and chin). I leave it on for 20-30 minutes, remove it with lukewarm water and a muslin cloth to get that bit of exfoliation and follow with moisturiser.

I think with most face masks, no matter what promises they make, it's really hard to see any difference on your face straight away. This mask leaves my skin feeling soft and, unexpectedly, moisturised. It mattifies the skin, without making it dry and flaky. With continuous use, I feel my skin more balanced after using it, which is more than I was expecting!

I know some people think it's a bit pricey for what it is. However, there is so much product in the tub it comes in, it will last for a long time, so I don't think it's such a big price to pay. It also works as a spot treatment. I like to dab a bit of it on any spots I have and it helps to avoid the development of those "undergrounds" spots you feel coming at times and it gets rid of existing ones in two or three days.

All in all, this is a brilliant product for oily to normal/combination skinned people. It balances the oils without overly drying the skin, which some clay masks do. It is a definite repurchase!

Rare Earth Pore Cleansing Mask is £21.50 for 125ml on the official Kiehl's website.

French Girl Hair!

I am the boringest person when it comes to hair! I try not to use heat tools on my hair 'cause I'm trying to grow it out and keep it healthy. I don't even own a hair drier (which, with winter coming up, is gonna have to change)! Because of that, there's not a lot i CAN do to my hair, I just always let it air dry, sometimes put it up on a bun to make it wavy. My hair is basically always down or up in a boring ponytail!

I'm trying though, I swear I am trying to branch out! I think having a blog will push me to try new thing and one of these new things is this hair style! I first saw it on this blog post on a brazilian blog and loved it straight away! It looked so complicated though.. Needless to say the first few tries were a disaster and I thought I'd never get it. haha But the old saying IS true, practice does make perfect. Never be discouraged if you don't get something right on the first try, keep at it and you'll get it! It get really easy after the first tries! All you need is a head band! Literally just twist your hair in and that's it.

Here's what it looks like from behind. I think this is such a chic hair style! of course, coming form the french girls, how could it not? haha But I think the best thing about it is that it's a great option for a bad hair day. It hides it all away while still looking very pretty!

Also, you can dress it up or down depending on the hairband you use. It can be an everyday style or fancy! In fact, I think this is how I'm gonna wear my hair for a wedding I have coming up! My hair styles repertoire is expanding!

Lancome Galateis Douceur Cleanser Review

I'd been looking for a new cleanser to try after I ran out of my Clarins Pure Melt Cleansig Gel (which I still love, but wanted to branch out!). The biggest requirement I had was that it needed to remove all of my make up, including stubborn waterproof mascara in one fuss-free step! After researching for weeks and reading what it felt like millions of reviews I finally settled on the Lancôme Galatéis Douceur Cleanser. I ordered it from and it arrived in 2 days (I love their free delivery!).

It comes in a plastic white bottle with the signature Lancôme rose stamped on it. It looks kind of old-ladyish to me! The packaging doesn't feel as sturdy as it should. The transparent bottle cap is the most annoying part of it. you have to actually try and focus on getting it to fit properly on the bottle because it may look like you got it right, but when you push it down to hear the click, it turn out it's not fitted properly, and because it is so flimsy, when you push it down, the pump gets pushed down as well and a little product comes out. The pump is very convenient, it dispenses the right amount of product.

It is a white, runny cream. Again, it smells a bit old-ladyish, but nothing overwhelming. I apply the product on my dry face and neck and massage it in for at least a minute. It feels silky and luxurious on the skin, like you would expect from a Lancôme product! I remove it with a muslin cloth and I feel my skin is left well cleansed but not stripped and it feels moisturised, but not oily. Also, it doesn't leave any residue, no film or anything.

If it's been a quiet day in, lounging around the house, I find two-three pumps do a fine job. However, and this is one of the downsides of this cleanser, if I have a full face of make up on, it take a lot more product to take it all of and I have to repeat the process more than once. Because of this, I think I'm yet to find ateh perfect make up removing cleanser!

All in all, I think this is a brilliant cleanser, specially for the winter months, since it feels so moisturising on the skin afterwards. I would repurchase it, but wouldn't expect it to be the one step make up removal cleanser I'd been looking for!

Lacome Galatéis Douceur is £21 for 200ml from

Order in!

I've been trying to take better care of my hair, giving up on the drugstore stuff and buying good quality products! I'm sure there are good things at the drugstore but, from my own experience, my hair just doesn't get along! I'm trying to grow my hair long so i decided to take good care of it so I don't feel tempted to chop it off! I ordered some things from and they arrived today!

Paul Kingsley Body Building Shampoo, Phyto Clarifying Shampoo, Philip Kingsley Body Building Conditioner.
I recently found out I have fine hair! haha I know that sounds really odd but for some reason I always felt my hair was thick so I would always use masks in place of conditioner thinking my hair needed that extra hydration when really, I was only weighing it down! It was when I was getting my hair done for my wedding that the hair stylist started going on about how fine my hair was and I was shocked! haha So I decided to go for body building products now, 'cause I like that extra bit of volume on my hair. I'd already ordered the travel size of this duo and loved it so much, I decided to get the full size.

Reviews on all these coming soon!

Alpha-H Liquid Gold Review

If there is one area where I'm not afraid to invest, it's skin care! I suffered with acne throughout my teenage years, even being on medication for it a couple of times. It definitely affected my self confidence as a teen! I always thought spots would magically stop popping up as I got closer to adulthood but, alas, no such luck! It is not as bad as it was when I was younger, but if I'm not diligent with my routine, I'm sure to get (more than) a couple!

The first time I heard about Liquid Gold was through Ruth Crilly, on this video. In it she mentions the changes she'd made on her skin care routine and the fact she'd only gotten two spots in a couple of months! She credited that to the Liquid Gold and right there, I knew I had to give it a go! It was the first chemical exfoliator I'd tried and now I can't imagine ever going back to mechanical ones (scrubs). I used to love the Body Shop's Microdermabrasion, but now I can't help but feel it's simply scratching my skin rather than doing anything, really!

It comes in a rather unappealing white bottle with a big black cap on it (which doesn't make any sense to me, it has another lid inside anyway??). I thought it would have at least a yellow tint to it given the name, but in reality it is a clear liquid that looks a lot like water. The only way to describe the smell is "chemically". Great help, huh? It is a little strong at first, but it doesn't linger on. I did experience some tingly the first time I used it, but nothing painful or uncomfortable. I actually like it when products tingle 'cause it  makes me feel like it's working!

I use it on alternate nights, applying it with a cotton pad and don't follow with any moisturiser. That's how Alpha H recommends it to be used. I apply it to freshly cleansed face and to be honest it feels a bit drying when you first put it on, which might make you want to go on and slab some moisturiser on, but don't!!! When I wake up in the morning, my face feels plumped, moisturised, smooth, glowy... Can anyone think of any more adjectives?? It really is like a miracle in an ugly bottle!

I can immediately feel the difference in my skin if I don't use it for a couple of days. In an attempt to avoid over exfoliating my skin, I went 3 days without it because I wanted to use my Ren Glycolactic Acid mask (review of that coming soon!) and after those three days I could definitely feel that my skin wasn't as smooth and hydrated as it is when I use it! I now know I absolutely cannot go without it!
